There was a massive forest fire in Bastrop which began on the afternoon of 4 September. It began as several smaller fires which eventually grew together. Over 1600 houses were destroyed in Bastrop. Four families from Grace Bible Fellowship lost their houses. That’s about 10 percent of the church. On 11 September, we gathered to share with one another. We didn’t have a sermon that day.
