- I am free to put off the old self and put on the new self, reflecting the likeness of God. (Ephesians 4:22-24)
- I am free to stand firm in the full power of God, protected by His armor. (Ephesians 4:10-17)
- I can rejoice in the Lord, at all times, through everything! (Philippians 4:4)
